Off-hire notification for rental equipment – report it online quickly and easily

As soon as your job is finished, off-hire your rented equipment directly online. Once we have received your off-hire notification, Luibl Rental & Sales will send you a written confirmation of deregistration – only then is the off-hire legally valid and the rental period ends on the agreed date.

How the off-hire works in 3 steps

  1. Fill in the form – Enter your Luibl ID or machine no., the transaction and customer number as well as your contact details.
  2. Provide collection details – State the contact person, the loading point, where the machine key is kept, and the date and time from which collection is possible.
  3. Submit the request – After review, you will promptly receive your written confirmation of deregistration by email.

  • The machine is freely accessible at the specified time
  • The key is ready at the stated location
  • A contact person is reachable on site
  • The transaction and customer number from the rental agreement are available The more complete the details, the faster our own low-loader fleet can schedule collection.
