The solution: deployment of a Manitou MRT 3060. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the machine could be manoeuvred through a narrow gate. Equipped with a 3D work basket, the restoration team was able not only to reach the required height but also to precisely position the basket beneath overhangs and behind cornices.

The integrated radio remote control also allowed the operator to control the machine directly from the work basket, which optimised communication between ground staff and craftsmen.
